From our initial discussions he was direct, open, honest, very thorough in clarifying expectations and wonderfully sensitive to helping us part with our home of over thirty years. He worked closely with us to develop a timeline for cleaning and preparing the house for market. He took time to help us understand the specifics of showing the house and responding to requests for viewings. Feedback from each showing was rapid and detailed. When the bids came in he assisted us in determining our options and help us craft reasonable responses. Ultimately we arrived at an agreement to sell and Chris walked us through all of the paperwork and signings.
